“ This is the first time we visited Song and Hearth. The restaurant is beautiful and everything was delicious! Great service by our sweet waitress, Dottie! They served prime rib and it was cooked perfectly! There was a cook that whipped up some alfredo for me...so good! Lots of food for the kids; bbq sliders, chicken strips, fries, pizza. The resort is also beautiful and there was a harpist playing just outside of the restaurant. Even the bathrooms are beautiful, y’all! ”
“ his was a wonderful breakfast for my sons upcoming birthday this week! First, Dolly's hotel is stunning. It is worth the visit just to see it! The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We were sat at a table near the buffet and my kids thought it was the coolest thing. The make your own omelette chef was very good at his job and made me the best omelette I have ever had. There is something for everyone! The yogurt parfaits, prime rib hash, and fresh-made omelettes were the star of the show. If you have a season pass to Dollywood, they honor your discount there! I highly recommend! ”
“ This is the main restaurant associated with Dollywood's Dreamore hotel. It's largely buffet based. We are both breakfast and supper here, and both were good. It trends towards enhanced country cooking with some twists. Staff very polite and warm friendly atmosphere. Considering it's a tourist location, prices reasonable. ”
“ My husband and I tried the ala carte breakfast menu during the off season this past February. I originally wanted to order the chicken and waffles but they were not available first thing in the morning. We were told that the chicken was still frozen. No big deal. My husband ordered a coffee and I ordered a sweet tea. He really enjoyed the coffee. This was the sweetest tea I had ever had in my life. I'm not sure if it was because we were one of the first people in the restaurant that morning or if it's normally that sweet. My husband ordered the traditional egg breakfast you can get anywhere with eggs, bacon, toast and breakfast potatoes. I decided to have an omelette since I wasn't able to get the chicken and waffles. The omelette was amazing. I chose ham, onions and cheddar cheese. It also came with a choice of grits or breakfast potatoes. I chose grits and I'm glad I did. I don't normally like grits but these were great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We visited the resort in November and saw the breakfast buffet. It did not look very good in our opinion and seemed overpriced. We enjoy the breakfast buffet at the Heartsong Lodge better. I wish DreamMore offered the breakfast buffet and a menu option like Heartsong Lodge. ”
“ I stopped in here for a late lunch because I've been dying to try out some of their menu items, and I wasn't disappointed. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that had bacon and provolone on it, with fries and a Coke. Everything tasted fantastic! They are a little pricey, but I expected that because it's a Dollywood Resort. I'm definitely going back to try something different next time. The service was wonderful also, and there was hardly anyone else there when I went. They also let me tour the dining hall, which opens at 5:00 p.m. Everything is beautifully decorated for Christmas, so there's tons of places to get pictures in the lobby areas. I'll update my review after I eat here again. ”
“ Rich southern-fare, which isn't a surprise to any going to this buffet-style restaurant. Delicious food in quaint, trendy atmosphere with beautiful views and many photo ops. The thing my kids loved BEST was walking around the property afterwards! Bottomless buffet options sure make for deliciousness, but also will make you bottom-full () if you don't watch the quantity! We ate dinner there and recommend it all, with a nice touch or two of Dolly added. Extremely friendly and chatty staff member ”
“ My wife and I recently began our 50th year of marriage and decided to take our whole family (3 daughters and their husbands plus 11 grandchildren) to Dollywood for a celebration. While there we had dinner at the Song & Hearth. It was amazing! They surprised us with ballons and cupcakes marking our milestone. (Photo attached) The food was great and the service was awesome. Special thanks to Rick and Rachel who took such good care of us and did so with courtesy, humor, and genuine concern that our time with them was everything we imagined it would be and more. Also, thanks to their supervisor Nanette who checked on us periodically as a help to Rick and Rachel. (We kept them quite busy!) Finally, thank you to restaurant manager David (I am remiss in forgetting his last name) who I am sure made the arrangements for our surprise decorations and treats! We cannot recommend Song & Hearth strongly enough! Go hungry, but by all means go! ”
